Polygel combines the best qualities of both acrylic and gel, offering several unique benefits: • Odorless: Free from strong chemical smells. • Lightweight and Gentle: It’s 20% lighter on the natural nail, helping to maintain nail health. • Quick Cure Time: Polygel hardens quickly under an LED nail lamp, making appointments efficient. • Customizable: It can be mixed to create any color, with endless possibilities for gel polish finishes also available! Booking Policies – Please Read Carefully To provide the best possible experience, I’ve set the following policies. Your understanding and adherence are greatly appreciated: • Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If not, a fee of 75% of the service cost will apply. • No Shows: Failure to show up without any prior communication will result in a 75% charge and the inability to book future appointments. • Payments: I accept cash, card, Zelle, and Apple Pay. • Deposits: A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your final total. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and are separate from any cancellation fees. • Punctuality: Out of respect for all clients, I ask that you arrive on time. • You have an 8-minute grace period. • 10 minutes late = a $10 late fee. • 15+ minutes late = a $20+ late fee and may result in your appointment being canceled if my schedule does not allow time to accommodate you. Being 15+ minutes late will also be considered a No Show, which incurs a 75% fee. • Guests: Please refrain from bringing extra guests unless absolutely necessary. In such cases, please DM me on Instagram in advance. No children under 10 are permitted for safety reasons. • No Refunds: All services are non-refundable.
